Per the "best 1-step product" thread, I bought some ColorX OTC to try. Before I do, can anyone tell me if this stuff stains plastic or trim? Istructions say to keep off...
 
I haven't used it, but I have plenty of experience with other Meg's waxes...and to answer your question, I would almost guarantee it will stain.
 
I'll have to test it out on the plastic on my older truck. I guess I should probably just stick with AIO (works well and doesn't stain).
 
Maybe AIO is better then Color X, but Color X is $7.00 a bottle and AIO is about $17.00 a bottle plus shipping. You can find Color X o.t.c. in a lot of places , AIO usually on the internet . Color X does do a very good job. If you have AIO use it , if your short of money use Color X.

You're right on that one! You can run right out to Target or the parts store and get Color-X! I'm not sure if AIO is 10 bucks better than Color-X.
