When the IW is like syrup I usually put it in a bucket of hot tap water for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake it up pretty good and it is usually as thick as milk.

Thin as milk?? Holy crap I shook the sh*t out of my 845 and could barely get it to budge...

Yeah, it *really does* get that thin! Hard to imagine huh? I can't begin to say how long I shook mine (and I had to stop and push the plug of wax in the neck of the bottle down in and start over too), but eventually it got so thin that it made most liquid waxes look like cake batter.



Try running it under some hot water for a while and then shaking some more. Both my pre/post-VOC versions get so thin it's amazing, just gotta shake it up long enough.

I dunno, This happened on my last bottle of IW. The older it got the more liquid it got? perhaps I didn't shake it up enough in the times I used it before and was left with a lot of oils? I dunno. I could definitely see some residue, only by my garage motion light (100w halogen) and after waxing and before waxing the first time you could see the dust accumulate in the patterns i wiped it off in. (woo bad sentence structure)

Yeah, I bet you somehow used up the more solids-containing stuff or something like that. Might want to get a new bottle (and shake it up ) and comparer.



And, heh heh, I always appreciate it when somebody picks on their own sentence structure :xyxthumbs Heh heh, that might've been one case where ending a sentence with a preposition really *isn't* all that acceptable
