College detailing class

Last night I hosted a non-credit class at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellen IL. It is the first time ever that a auto detailing class was ever offered at this college. I seem to be on to something because many of the students that attended said they were waiting for such a class for years. One guy said he signed up because he waxed the clear coat right off his car (I guess its possible, but thats a first.) Another person collects show cars and wanted to improve his skills. Everyone expressed their graditude after the class, and I signed up a few people for my advanced class set up for fall.

I'm starting to enjoy teaching now more than doing the work, maybe these old bones are getting weak. Gary

Greetings, here is how the classes work. The best deal (both for me as a teacher and for those who come) are at the Libraries. Tax dollars generated in local towns are used to fund new programs (call you say auto detailing "101"?) and no fee is asked from patrons. I'm currently getting paid anywhere from $175-300 for an hour and a half class (now you can see why I like doing this) At colleges I get less ($40 an hour) however the exposure for my business is much greater. When you take into consideration I get to sell my products as well, its get extremely lucative. You can check out my class schedule for up coming classes on my web site. sorry I'm not allowed to post it. I think you can figure it out Gary Perfect Auto Finish

Hi Gary! Glad to see things worked out, I remember speaking to you a couple of years ago when you were formulating this idea. Good luck!
