I was going to suggest MAC - from what (granted, little) I know, they seem to have the design down for the Ford DOHC engines.
8Banger - any idea what your IAT's are? I remember everyone being convinced that plastic intake tubes are better on CAI kits because they dissipate heat much more quickly. Then the dyno results came out...and were remarkably inconclusive. Ditto with the sealed box vs open filter, by the way.
Anyway, an intake kit will generally free up hp & torque, in single digits, pretty high up in the RPM range. In everyday driving you'll likely notice a small improvement in throttle response, and certainly a much higher quality intake sound - generally louder, but almost always sexier.

In other words, it's a good underhood mod, but don't expect to take out that Vette or 911 next to you at the stoplight.
