CMA Pad fell apart

I was using the yellow pad and when I went to pull it from the velcro plate, the pad separated and I was left holding the pad itself and the velcro was still attached to the machine!!



I only used the pad 1 time and I hand washed and let it air dry..all the others seem fine. Any ideas on how I can fix it or should I just toss it??

Try to find out what glue they used...but I douobt it will work..I would be afraid of imparting dirt into the pad now.

Since you only used it once write CMA an e-mail and ask if they will replace the pad.

I had a TOL pad do the same. I used Elmers glue to put it back together. Worked very well, was cautious to make sure it didn't bleed through. There pads are almost 2+", bet you wouldn't have any problem with the CMA pad.

At least give CMA a chance to make it good.

The Elmers glue is water soluable. So when you was it again it will come apart again.

Surprisingly mine held up for 3 soakings and rinsing. It was the pulling on/off that caused a re-gluing. Agree, talk to CMA, it may be easier to send you another vs them paying the return shipping.



The Elmers will hold up very well.
