Says here that it lasts for 6 months. What kind of durability are you getting? http://www.autogeek.net/clcamowax.html

6 Months, no. I have had about 3 months of protection, with it garaged... Protection still there, appearance degraded though.

I knew the protection was still there because I had some bird sh!t on my hood that left a mark...paint cleanser by hand removed it so the etching was in the wax and not the paint.

so when do we get to see your ride ?? lol

amazing work !! makes me interested in trying some!
:lmfao

No matter what I try I always seem to go back to it on black. It darkens the the paint a bit and gives it a really rich look.

Scott i though you were updating your site, changing it up a bit..

I am. I know you refuse to shop with me until I do. I just got delayed with computer issues. The site will be up soon. I think in less than two weeks or so.

I don't see a J/K in your post

I really like Clearkotes Vanilla Moose and Red Machine Glaze. I tried Carnuaba Moose Wax, but wasn't to impressed with it, but I know other members love it.

Trying to figure out whether to go with RMG or VM, I need some advice...

RMG is highly touted for darks (reds, blacks) and has 'color enhancers, etc...'. How is it on lighter colors or inbetweens? VM, on the other hand, seems to be excellent on all colors. My preference would be to buy only one of these, not both. The obvious answer would be VM, but, since 2/3's of my cars are darker is RMG substaintially better on the darker colors that I should go that route?

Also, I assume that either of these can be topped with WG, UPP, EX-P. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for your input!

Picking one or the other, *I* would go with VM.

I have topped VM with WG before, but I cannot guarantee maximum durability.
