Clearkote

I love the look of RMG on my black garage queen. However, as a topper, I prefer Souveran over carnauba moose wax. I still use CMW on occasion but not on my vette anymore. For some reason, in full sun, it casted a silvery tint to the GM black. Some people shy away from Souveran because of the cost. But if you rub it lightly on your pc pad, you wouldn't believe how far it goes. I've applied Souveran by hand and by machine. Machine is by far the faster and easier way for me. I also use SUBSTANTIALLY less when I apply via pc. :2thumbs:

The CK carwash is a nothing added car shampoo. It doesnt have gloss enhancers, smells etc. The smell it does have makes me want to heave its so gross or netural.

after talking with Everett a while back, i got some RMG & YMW a few weeks ago. i used the RMG last weekend for the first time on a black Honda Integra I am doing for a neighbour and it was superb.

I had equipment failure so had to apply by hand, which was a bit tough, but it buffed off sooo easily and left a superb finish. I topped with Vic Concours for a great finish :D

Going to try the RMG & YMW combo this week if I get the chance, by machine this time.....

Based on Alfisti's review from before, I gave the regular Moose Wax (not CMW) a try on Sunday and have to say I was really impressed. I'm almost tempted to say I liked the look as much or better than after I applied RMG/CMW even though it's "only" a cleaner wax. It is seldom mentioned, but I think well worth trying. Excellent cleaning ability as well.

The ClearKote folks are the greatest. Always fill my orders in a timely manner and are very friendly when you speak with them. Great product line....

Isnt YMW strange?! I have a bottle and i love it! So easy to apply and buff off no one should be with out. In the bottle it bloobs about like a liquid cheese but looks like burger dressing!

:)

YMW is actually really fluid, even more so than RMG. What's weird is that it doesn't combine into a uniform appearance even after shaking--it retains this oily-looking globular distribution throughout the whole bottle. I've never seen a product do that before. Great stuff though!
