clearing up a CQUK smear -advice please

Washing car this morn and noticed a 6" muti-rainbow smear near the rocker....from CQUK. Using by hand some 205 did not dent it. Anyone got a procedure? Here's the tools I own:

GG 6 or flex 3403
megs 105 and 205, SF 4500, Meg UC...
orange. grey and white CCS pads, flat megs polishing yellow pad

so what do you suggest?

update - a Meg's MF pad and 105/205 got it off, but it was stubborn!

Moral of the story, when applying a coating, look at it while it's drying from a bunch of angles before you move on...

I'm glad it worked out. UK has a tendency to streak like that. The only times I've NOT had it do something funky during application is when I'm working out of my friend's air conditioned shop.
 
It must've been on there for a while. If it's within a week or two, I can usually get it off with by hand with a yellow foam pad and an AIO.
