clear dots on my blazer

hi all- been a while, what a coincidence-i just got my order from the perfect shine today,pc,pads,finishing bonnets-thats the cool part, the bad news is my wife took me to lunch today and i thought it was starting to rain found tiny clear spots on the window,then i realized it wasn't rain and the spots are all over the truck,claer spots about the size of a pinhead is this from rain -we had a good soaking two nights ago- i just washed the truck sunday night and it was o.k. then. i'm out $30 buck's for lunch and more grief with the paint on the new rig-yahoo-by the way the spots seem very hard could not rub off with fingernail. :confused:
 
I have it too, all over, and its sap from the trees that keep my car under shade. I really don't worry about it too much, it comes off pretty eaily with my twice weekly wash, although I'm sure its not good to leave it.
 
I was at a car show with my Plymouth last weekend and was parked near a tree...but not under it. The whole car had those little clear dots.



When I got home, I dampened a towell with cool water and then spritzed the car with Z6 and wiped it with the damp towell. They all came off very easily. The secret to keep them cool so that they don';t soften.
 
thanks 4dsc, not sure if this is what is on the truck but i will keep an eye in the sky to watch for those weeping tree's:D
