clear coat damage-black trailblazer

hi all, just looking for an answer i may already have,just purchased a used chevy02 blazer-noticed paint defect before purchase but thought it could be fixed on the cheap-well since i founf this site i think i have figured out what happened-someone put a rotary machine to the truck and damaged the clearcoat n,now i found two other smaller area's with damage near edges-i have searched for any info on this subject (repair of clearcoat) but couldn't locate-help.:down

If a rotary polisher burned thru the clearcoat then there is no "repair" short of a repaint of the panels in question.
