Just One More Coat
I have started to see smears on the windshield mostly on the inside. I use Stoners and two MF towels wipe and spread the soloution then buff with a clean one. Tyhe windows lok great inside the shop, but in the sun. You can see the smears looking like the stoners did not lift all of what is on the glass. Some what simlair to what a window looks like when cleaning a car that has a smoker.
I'm wondering if I have some out gasing and that's what left..Any ideas?
 
Steve I'm using top quality MF towels that are cleaned all the time. I'm not sure that its not something on the glass that the Stoners is not pickup. Again its almost like what the inside of a smokers car looks like
 
I think Steve is referring to the Velvet Smooth towel in particular. That towel's weave seems to be exceptionally good at cleaning windows.
 
I see I just placed an ortder with Steve that I ordered one towel to try out, will see if that is the soloution.
 
If you have vinyl outgassing the MFs may help but may not solve the problem. Try using polish on the interior glass. I use AIO and I have heard that Poorboys PP works well.
 
Thanks I have some PB P-w-C that I could use kind of a hassles but what ever works. ONe thing that I did do that helped was to wipe the window down with APC sprayed onto a towel before cleaning with the Stoners.
