I'm curious to know how you fellow pro detailers out there go about cleaning these areas of the vehicle. For the wheelwells, I use either the Mother's wheelwell brush (red handle), or a microfiber towel if the space is too tight to fit the brush into. For the backs of the wheels, I use the EZ brush (blue bristles) that has the flexible stem which allows the brush to access tighter areas. I purchased both of these items through Autogeek. I always pressure wash these areas beforehand, sometimes spraying APC on first.
What methods do you use and approximately how long does it take you to complete these areas on a fairly particular dirty car with alot of brake dust on the wheels? Also, what do you use to clean the tires? As of right now, I use a combination of APC, car wash soap and a Meguiars tire brush.
