Cleaning leather seats before Adams UV leather coating

Got sent a bottle of Adam’s UV tracing leather/interior coating (Thanks Guz). Going to use it on my wife’s tan leather that’s a PITA to keep clean. Trying to figure out what to use before hand to clean the leather. I have Opt Power Clean (opc)*, the whole Leather Doctor kit, & ONR or GG BF rinseless. Which would you suggest?

*Have a spray bottle of it at 3:1 but can dilute it further if need be.
 
With what you have power clean (properly diluted for leather) followed by a damp towel and then the coating. Here is the Adams video. Wear gloves with this one.
