I use Mother's Wheel Cleaner, then scrub with a long-handle brush and rinse.

I tighten with a torq wrench to 110 Ft Lb Torque.
 
Oh okay! Haha man I feel like I should smack myself for such a dumb question lol!

Looks great! Car looks so nice, almost to shiny to look at ;)
