Clay Magic, where to get it?

is clay magic available at auto parts stores and the like generally, or only via mail order? i need to pick some up but would rather just go buy it if possible. ive only gotten the mothers kit before and did not remember seeing CM
 
Three months ago, I would have said Wal*Mart. I believe they stopped carrying that line--I've been in roughly 12 different stores since that time and haven't seen a single box.



Pep-Boys is my dependable source now.



All the other auto parts stores around here carry Mothers (not that it's a terrible thing).
 
I got my Clay Magic right here at Autopia in april. they had a special on the Clay Magic finish kits for $8.80 each. I bought a few. I never was able to find CM locally in my area and had to buy mail order all the time. this was the best price yet that I paid. the item # here is AWC-88256. I dont know if the special is still on but it might be.

If not Walmart, then im not sure. You could try your local body shop supply stores but I doubt theyll be under $10.

Ive seen the clay magic kit at Pepboys.. and probably a few other areas.. I go to pepboys the most though. The kit is a 100gm bar and 12oz of lube for $10.



Ive also seen those bigger sized bars at Carquest. Both the bluea and red(more agressive) ones.
 
I was at pepboys last night. They no longer cary it here in Houston. They only have Mother's clay kit, but it costs $15 instead of the $10 for the clay magic. Also I think the clay magic is a better clay, probably just personal preference.



I used to get mine at walmart, but they stopped carrying it also.

I saw a box once about 2 years ago at Pepboys that was also missing the bar. Loosers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Around here, I've only noticed the CM kit at PepBoy's; where it sells for $9.99. That's for the CM blue bar, if you wanted the red bar, you might have to order that.



Oh, and about the boxes being opened, that's better than the Meguiar's clay bar I first bought. It was the only one I could find anywhere. I get home, open it up and the clay is rock-hard. Very disappointing.
