Christmas loot

I was just wondering if any of you guys had tried one of these, ideal for garage queens.

http://www.racecar.co.uk/airflow/airchamber.htm

has all of the advantages of the carcoon system plus it doesn't have to be inflated/deflated whenever you want to get at the car. An acquaintance of mine has one, bought it for when he lays up his e-type for the winter but now finds that he uses it all the time day. It's quite pricey but I'm extremely tempted. Has any one got any negative experiences of this type of system?

Got the books, clothes and minor stuff from the family this year (we tried to be good on the spending by not going overboard). I did place an order last night on PAC using the TID code since the sale code has expired. Still waiting to see what the new Meg's pad system looks like before getting any more pads.

Grungy

Barry - very nice and mostly relaxing. No family visiting, no traveling, just the 5 of us at home with the fireplace going (got to 29 last night). Slowly building up my supplies in case I decide to try this on the side for additional income.

I'm glad you had a nice relaxing time with the family. As for trying this on the side for an additional income, why not. You certainly know enough to get it going. Start with family and friends, and see where it goes. That is exactly the way I started, and you see how busy I have been lately. It takes a lot of time to build up the business, but I am sure that you are up to it. If you need any help, be sure to let me know.

Sounds like you made quite the haul Mo.

powershoot 1700IS, tripod, chip, griots stuff

I have been in Dryden 4 days now and haven't seen Mo out detailing in the snow anywhere.

We were heading for Maine today but their is a blizzard on the east coast right now so we will leave tomorrow. 10 hour drive in good weather.

For me for detailing: griot's foam gun, tire pressure gauge (digital), mf wash mitts, ultima trim guard, wash dollies, mf towels.

Then we got about 7 inches of snow on Christmas day.
