Chino: Interior work being requested on TL

How about this. If nobody else is game I'll take it. My comment about it being easy was in reference to it being black. Can you really stain black carpet?:D

Last week I removed a patch of nail polish about four inches round out of a BMW's black interior. The bottle was still stuck to it! The name of the polish was Pistol Packin' Pink!!!

Andrew, please share your technique for removal, and did it involve scissors? I owe you a phone call amigo, busy day.

Bio-Kleen's P.O.G, plastic razor blade and some weird tool that I got with a pair of swim trunks that's been sitting untouched in my van for two years. The fibers were all fused at the top but luckily the polish didn't seep too far into the pile. I used a dropper syringe to isolate the presoak of P.O.G on the Pistol Packin' Pink. . . sat for maybe ten minutes. I gently broke the blob up with the surf tool by kinda pressing it in all over the place. Scuff, agitate, rub, vacuum, massage, scuff, vacuum, brushed in my general Pre-Spray, extracted cold and then REAL slow on steamy hot. Viola!

I told my client and she says to me, "There was WHAT under the seat?!"

Patrick, you owe me a call.
