Chemical Guys?

tru shine when did you order it? mine still hasnt been shipped and havent gotten a response to my email. tried the "24/7" customer service number but no answer.
 
I got the Flex 3401 kit with all the pads on the Chemical guys website. and i used the code "gold" and saved 5%, I gave them 2 days and never heard from them so i called one of the numbers on the website, talked to some girl and she told me it was getting shipped out that day and that i would recieve an email with shipping info in it. then later that evening i recieved my email with the tracking info.
 
It's killing me right now, i have had my flex for a few days now but havn't been able to use it! i'll have a couple customers next week but nothing lined up this week.
 
I have made an order with them for some MF towels. On the 18th this month,only received the order number but no news with the shipping/tracking number.



Having been trying to call their so-called 24/7 hotline and the operator just dont answer the calls and just puts me to voicemail.



Sent out 3 emails and no reply yet.



This is so damm frustrating man.

Any one knows of any other way to contact them?

I have tried every single number on the site.
