I believe "gold" will get you 5%. Think I found that by just googling it.



Also if you call in your order they will likely throw in some "freebies". Just be sure to clarify what exact freebie you will be getting. When I placed my first CG order I was promised a freebie from the salesperson but I didn't get anything extra in the box (>$180 order).
