Hey guys I'm new to this forum but not new to detailing. I was thinking about purchasing a slightly more expensive LSP to see if it actually does perform better. I was wondering about Chemical Guy's 5050 or Wet Obsession.



If I got CG 5050 I would buy a kit that would also come with Jet Seal. Anyone have any experience or recommendations for any of these

wet obsession is cg 5050 but modified to look wetter. It depends what you want from the product, every picture i've seen of wet obsession makes it look awesome, same with cg 5050.



the jetseal and 5050 package is a good package because it gives you a sealant to use as a base and long term protection and the wax for that carnauba depth.

I used both and both on a properly preped car will look great. Between the two I lean towards 50/50 but that is just me.

I'm leaning towards CG because i want to pick up some citrus wash and microfiber cleaner, but I'm not sure if I should get Jet Seal with my 5050.



Anyone used Jet Seal?

I've been detailing for years. Tried several boutique type sealants, this and that. After having recently trying Jet Seal 109, I have found that nothing I have tried compares to it. The shine is incredible, application is a breeze, and best of all, it can be topped after about an hour. I top it with Pete's 53, and it looks like water pouring off my ride. As far as the Citrus Wash & Gloss, you're gonna love it. Get a gallon though. :D The Microfiber Wash, it's excellent. You will not be disappointed.
