actually my wife gave me that idea as she S-O-Ms everything.

and anything with a lid will evaporate or harden over time if the enviroment isn't controlled.----> airtight

I did not say put it in the freezer z(I think this is a bad idea) just a cool dry place where the temp doesn't vary
