Well, the X was looking pretty dirty and the sun is shining and it's in the low 50s. I decided to wash and do a quick detail. The TC-2 was just about gone, but I believe the TC-3 XP was still on there, still glossy and slick. I washed with Tropi-Care Car Wash. I have a bunch of new products (and more coming), so I could not really decide on what to use.
I had the Magic Seal longer then the newer products so I went with that. It's got a nice scent, but could not put my finger on it. I moisten a foam pad with QS and applied the Magic Seal on the pad, eventually I used about 1.5-2 oz. on my X. I used a straight motion (one direction) when I applied by hand. It goes on real easy and thin, a small amount goes a long way. I did two panels at a time and then went back and removed with an MF. The stuff dries pretty well, but not like other products I've used. It does not dust off, it kinda blends in with the paint, but it's dry, weird. Did most of the vehicle this way. The hood and two front panels I applied all at once, then waited a little while, and removed. I just wanted to see what would happen. It removed the same way. I believe you can apply to the whole vehicle and then wait say maybe 15-20 minutes, then remove with no problem. The finish was very glossy and slick as hell. By the way Magic Seal does have some cleaning/polishing charateristics.
Overall this is a very nice product and I will use it again and would recommed to others. Thanks CG for a great product.
