Chemical Guys GlossWorkz Paintwork Cleanser

gave it a go this morning. in the bucket and foam gun. wanted to try a soap with some gloss left behind. i'll do a 1-5 rating.

lubricity 5
cleaning ability 4
foaming 3
gloss left behind 3

not a bad soap, be it a bit expensive. it rinsed off well, and did indeed add some gloss. would i go out of my way for it? NO.

i'll stick to my megs hyper wash. i have not found a better wash.

i did not really notice any unusuall scent? it does have a strong "soap" smell. ever smell prima hydro wash? :drool: :rofl

in its defense, i washed the better halfs escape yesterday, and it really did amp up the finish. agreed, this soap is meant for a very well maintained vehicle.

Chemical guys products are great to use for everyday detailing. The number one shampoo that I use is citrus wash and gloss. This shampoo works great! Gives my acura tl a beautiful shine and suds up very nice. I strongly recommend this product when it comes time to wash your car.

how is it in comparison to like dg or pb sssw?
 

I used a bottle of Glossworkz and wasn't impressed. For me the cleaning was below average and the "gloss" was no better than DG901/902. For a soap that is claimed to be a gloss enhancer I really expected more.
