So we ended up trading in our 2012 Fit for this plug in Prius, my gf drives 80 Miles One way every day and needs not just good MPG but also carpool access on her own.
So the car is new a ton of orange peel and feel like it needed some love and protection.
Here we go...
First i attacked the rims/tires, trim, and gas tank/ plug in port.
I was careful not to get water or spray anything in there so i sprayed it on the rag (APC+) and wipe it down
Decided to use a mixture of Meg's AWC and APC+ with various brushes
Next i took a look at the engine bay wasnt dirty but needed some dressing so i wiped it down with a MF towel and some APC+
Next I tried my new CG "foam lance" but not with a pressure washer, it the hose type. Wasnt as foamy but it got the job done. Also used citrus wash+gloss
Natural Sea Sponge!!!!! Straight from spongenon's neighborhood.
To dry I love my side kick air blaster with my meg's waffle MF towels
Next is claying, since the car is only couple days old i used GG fine clay and CG luber
I used some CG V38 since the car was free of swirls and scratches, also i was getting low readings on the hood for some weird reason. Maybe the hood has been worked on by the dealer??? hood was in the mid to low 3's mils and everywhere else was 5 and 6's. Sorry no pix of the polish before or after
