Catching Up Picture Thread....

I haven't posted up much lately due to buying a new house and all the stresses of running my business while trying to close on our new house first thing next month....

But here's a splattering of picture of a few of the cars I've been working on over the last few months in no particular order.

I'm not going to go into depth on the processes I did but you'll be able to see in the sun shots if there are swirls it has not been polished but simply clayed and sealed and such, if no swirls in the sun shots then you'll know I've fully polished it.:woot:

Hope you enjoy.:waxing:

I think you all have already seen this one I spent 30 hours polishing.

This is an 03 RS6. Owner bought it a few weeks ago with 85 origional miles on it. Apparently the first owner got it and put it in a buble for 5 years and only drove it to have it services every 6-12 months. Needless to say it was in good shape.

They all look great Josh. I as well have a few things changing my life style so trying to keep up with pictures and posting can be tough. Thanks for sharing though. The cars look great!

Thanks everyone, believe it or not as I was posting those pics I was trying to find another stash of cars and can't, it was about a half dozen cool cars from 997 Turbo's to an old Excalliber that I guess I totally forgot to download and save to my computer..... guess those pics are gone forever.:bawling:

Very nice cars and an even better job, Josh.

Question for you. I have a 98 550 just like the one you did (That was black, correct? Looked dark blue in a couple of shots). How easy was the paint to correct? If it's like the 360 I did, then it should be a cake walk, but I wanted to ask your opinion.

Thanks, yes that 550 was blue and the paint seemed soft and very easy to correct, I cleaned it up with a finishing pad and polish and it came out pretty nicely. The owner was not wanting perfection and gave me a budget to work within so....

Great work as always Josh. It looks like you have been pretty busy. Congrats on the new home.

Thanks, I'll have to post up some pics after we close on the new house and oversized basement garage that will be getting a complete makeover. We close Nov 11 but maybe sooner. I'll have to take a couple weeks off to get moved in and everything painted and such....

 amazing collection of cars and details!

Thanks, I can't believe I deleted a ton of cars otherwise I'd have a few more goodies to brag about....

I thought it was blue. Thanks for the info. My client picked the 550 up last week and the dealership he bought it from said, "Aren't you glad I detailed it for you?"

Their definition of detailing must = wash with rocks. :furious:

I'm going to do a minor detail on it before winter sets in, and then really hit it hard come Spring.

Thanks again, Josh.
