Duragloss 901 is $18.99 + $5 for shipping for a 64oz container. Compare that to Gold Class for 1/3 of the cost. Unless you have money to burn I just do not see the point in spending that much extra.

Go to Carquest and pick up a gallon of the Duragloss car wash for about $20.00.

I dunno, I found GC's lubricity was severely lacking compared to the shampoos I like. Anything that makes it easier for me to avoid marring is worth paying extra for IMO, but that's just me.

....I’m not sure where you’re shopping but if it’s online, DG901 is $26 for a gallon at places like Autogeek and I’m sure it can be found even cheaper elsewhere (including locally) as Anthony pointed out. I usually buy my consumables in bulk online so I can take advantage of “free shipping” offers and no tax. I would say GC is actually more around 2/3 the price of DG (not 1/3).

DG 901 simply feels more concentrated and the dilution ratios are the same for both products. It is also noticeably slicker, richer and is one of the better performing OTC products available (especially when compared to GC) IMO/IME.

-cheap megs deep crystal car wash removed a lot of my wax on my mercedes

I was like is this dish soap

- megs gold wash and turtle wash/wax worked really well in preserving the wax
