This is a picture from a current Carmax ad in Raleigh, NC for a 2004 Mini Cooper S. I think the car's former owners may have owned a dog.

Hard to believe they put this in the ad, maybe a truth in advertising statement?

a 15 minute detail pace per car will do that, walk the front lot sometime, ive never seen so many swirled white cars!

a year or so ago they put up a pic of a condom covering a seat belt latch!!!

If you think that is bad, check out some of their in house bumper "repaints." The quality of cars on Carmax lots has been steadily declining, but what is funny is their sales keep doing very well.
