Car ramps

They don't call ramps "Widow Makers" for nothing.

You might consider a hydraulic jack and some tall jackstands.

Who says they don't call them "Widow Makers" for nothing :D I say they call them that for nothing! I have been using them for years and they are perfectly safe.

I have two sets and use them as a make shift lift. I drive up on the first set and use the floor jack to raise the rear so I can slide the other set under the rear tires. Makes it much easier to work under the car when you have the room to move around. It is also helpful when I need to get the car on jack stands as I can get it up in the air and stable on the ramps and then only have to raise it slightly to get the jack stands under each corner. Much less stress on the chassis and safer than raising each corner high enough to get a jack stand under it.

I second that. You guys also buy that Sear aluminum jack. One pump action style. Its make you wanna work like those guys you see on Formual 1..You know?... change 4 tires in 5.5 second :bow
