Car Got EGGED!! Dumb neighborhood kids...

Hey guys,



my girlfriends car got egged over the weekend... bunch of kids drove around the whole neighborhood and egged about 20 cars that were parked on the street..



anyways, i was wondering if there is any way to get rid of the tiny little scratches caused by the shells...



when the egg hits... it makes little scratches in circles... about 5 or 6 circles each one a little bigger than the next???
 
The problem with getting egged is that it may kind of "shatter" the clear coat. If the scratches look like a broken window then its not something that is going to get fixed with a compound.



Something like ScratchX would work for the egg scratches though. I've taken out a lot of egg damage like that with products like ScratchX. Since the damage is localized in one place you shouldn't need a machine to get it solved if they are just scratches.



Also, I just did a quick search on "egg" and got several results that directly related to what you are asking. Try searching under 'egg' or 'egg damage' or something and I'll bet you find that there is some good advice out there. :xyxthumbs
