Can you use Engine Kote on polished/chrome pieces?

Would this be recommended? I have never used this stuff but from doing searches it seems to be top notch for engine detail. I have a lot of polished and chrome pieces but don't want to screw them up. It was a decision between this stuff and pig spit.

Also, will APC+ etch/stain polished parts? Will I have to dillute?

Any advice??

After polishing metal parts I would apply a sealant like SG, Zaino, etc if you wish. I stay away from EK on the engine entirely because I hear it can look blotchy and uneven when dry. I use 303 with good results
