Can this be pulled by a paintless dent repair?

I am not an expert, but IMO it should be good. There is a scratch that is pretty deep, but you may be okay.
My PDR guy will not charge if he doesn't get it. The beauty of your dent is accessibility.

im no expert, but i had a dent that looked a lot worse on my mini taken out. only thing that wasnt repairable was the deep scratch on the bumper.

from my small pdr experience, it looks like it should be possible. the ahrd part will be on the body line with the ridge. look for an experienced tech in your area, don't go with the cheapest one. cheaper isn't better in this case.
