Can This Be Fixed(Aluminum Rim Damage)?

I`m sure it can be fixed, I`m not sure if it will look right.

Might need to be welded and then ground down and then refinished.

What I did when I lightly scraped my rim I took my dremel placed buffer wheel attachment on it took some aluminum wheel polish and polished the area to were it actually smooth it out level with rim, to where you really couldn`t see it actually looked fine....good luck

I think bobfic`s suggestion might be the best about using a Dremel tool to buff out this "scratch", if you want to try fixing this yourself.
Two things you may need:
1) Good felt "bobs" that fit a Dremel. These are felt pads with geometric shapes (cone, sphere, cylinder) on a solid shaft or shank that fit a Dremel drill chuck. You may find them at the same place that sells Dremel tools as an accessory.
Could you use them in a cordless drill chuck??? Depends on the drill. The Dremel has better speed control and ergonomics/manual control for precision grinding, BUT a smaller cordless drill MIGHT be a "substitute tool".
2) Finding a suitable aluminum polish to remove the scratch that is aggressive enough to do so, but not so aggressive that it causes too much marring. Aluminum is relatively soft and I would NOT recommend using a chrome cleaner. A good over-the-counter aluminum polish is Mother`s Bullet to start with. (Not sure if AutoZone stocks this)
A mild metal polish might also work, like MAAS Metal Polish. (I found some at Ace Hardware, of all places!)
Another suggestion is if you live in a large metropolitan area you may have a metal finishing company that specializes in metal buffing or polishing. Ask them if they can perform this "repair" for you.

Some of those scratches/gouges, are pretty deep and are not going to be corrected by buffing in my opinion..

Thanks for that but they said they don`t do motorcycle wheels...
