I don't like any of the Meguiar's quick detailers or spray waxes. They contain small amounts of alcohol which can strip your wax. The only one I have found that I like is the Detailer verson called Last Touch.



Quick Wax also left streaks on my car :nixweiss
 
While it may or may not be politically correct for some, IMO in my experience, P21S/S100 layers quite well. Definintely!

Souveran layers well......P21S layers well.......Meg's #26 Paste layers well......Trade Secret Layers well..........and Butter Wet Wax ( my new favorite) layers well. Absolutely no problems with optics/clarity. I've experimented with layering in 24 hour intervals, 1 week intervals & 2 to 2 1/2 week intervals. I've never had a problem, but then again I've never had more than 5 coats of a quality carnauba on my paint.
 
I have had great luck layering S100 - either 2 or 3 times works but 2 is my preferred way. I like to use a base of AIO.
