@ RMD, Thanks for tip... Meguiars is a trusted brand. Good catch on my towel error. lol. Someone also suggested, that I not use dryer sheets with microfiber towels-- during laundry. Trial & error.
It's tough keeping a car clean out here. I work in the trucking industry, and have a minimal of 900 trucks pass by my car everyday- along with it the dust and who knows what that it drags along.@Mudman, I am glad I am driving a silver car right now... My black car would get trashed if I left it dirty too long.
You are right, it has been too hot lately! I feel a completely waterless car wash is not practical; I have to rinse away away the dirt with one good spray-- otherwise the dust particles grind into surface.
Sounds like other people are happy with their rinseless solutions. I'm just cautious to test out.

Blueline said:I own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
Having owned a black car, I would say you are 100% on point. hahaBlack is not a color it's a career!
@ The Driver, great tips.. sounds like you know your stuff! A quality atomizer makes sense, I will look more into it. You are right...there probably is a difference in the paint coat on cars.
