By the end of this weekend...

Scott,

How many hours do you think that is? :D Seriously though, with the work that you put out, I'm sure you will have atleast 10,000 more to do (if the body will hold out). :D :D

Here's to 10K more Scott. If you ever road trip it through Atlanta, maybe I will turn my buffers over to ya so you can show me how it's done.

Scott if you ever waxed my car, I would never drive that thing. It would like a masterpiece and I wouldn't want to ruin it.

Congratulations.... :tribe:

WOW, Congratulations. You have counted them all from the beginning  You must be very organised :bow

Yes, from the very first paid detail. As I log the day's work, I keep a running total.

If you saw my desk, you wouldn't say I was organized though... :LOLOL

mgm121499-I didn't start taking pictures until I had been detailing a few years. I had a customer who designed and installed custom decks and he took pics of the decks he built and suggested I should do the same. Glad I listened!

JJ_-here is how it stacks up:

1992-23 cars

1993-56 cars

1994-288 cars

1995-545 cars

1996-932 cars

1997-1145 cars

1998-1074 cars

1999-1067 cars

2000-885 cars

2001-839 cars

2002-836 cars

2003-876 cars

2004-837 cars

2005-594 cars so far

I was washing a lot of cars in 1997-1999 which is why I was well over 1000 cars those three years. The weather was horrible in 2000 and I dropped a couple of the weekly wash customers at that time because they weren't reliable and I didn't have enough time to do details. I've got 5-6 cars to do tomorrow, at least 3 on Saturday and probably another 10-12 after that through the end of the month on Wednesday, which would put me at around 80-85 for August. If the weather is reasonably dry the rest of the year, I will probably do around 320-350 more car the last 4 months of the year, which would put me over 900 for the year. Having my boys helping this summer was a lifesaver, we ended up doing nearly 120 cars in June!

:dance

Congrats scott!!!!! If you dont mind me asking how much do you charge your customers for a wash and vac???

It's on my website, you'll have to click on my profile, can't post direct links due to forum rules.

Best way to get weekly wash customers is to let people know you offer that service after detailing their cars. Mention that proper hand washing will keep the car looking freshly detailed longer.

thank you scott! So how many weekly/biweekly customers do you do every single week or every other week????? I am starting my business in october and so far i ahve about 6 clients set up already.
