So I operate a Mobile detailing service and I offer my services to local downtown properties as an amenity, and have for about 5 yrs. Last week at one of my properties the property manager decided to introduce a waterless company, my competitor, to the tenants. Of coarse my Email was flooded with Emails from tenants asking if I was aware of this. My main concern initialy was how can u have to competitors in the same building? But I think I may need to approach this situation directly. Any sugestions????
