Bugs and ONR

Hey guys. Its that time of year agian. All the bugs are coming out and they are finding my front bumper, not to mention all that good ole pollen thats turning my car flourescent yellow( makes my rinse water look like a bucket of urine). My question is what process do you use when using ONR. Do you pre-treat with a bug/tar product?? Thanks for looking.

Do you spray the Bug/Tar remover on and wait and let it dwell for a few and then wipe it off with the ONR or do i need to use this with conventional washing?
