Buffing tight areas

I am helping a friend wetsand/buff his car.

It has many areas that my pad's will not fit. Any suggestions? as he has already sanded down the areas and hand polish doesn't seem to be working well.

The only wet sanding I’ve done is with a rubber block and 2000- grit paper.

This should get you into places that can’t be reached my machine. What polish are you using, maybe something more aggressive is needed?

~Hope this helps~

The car has already been sanded down with 2000 grit and now we were buffing it First with 3m Perfect it rubbing compound and the meg's burgundy pad.

And then using DACP and meg's polishing pads for a finishing touch but my pads for my PC and my Rotary are too big.

I rmember watching RIDES on TLC and one shop wetsanded a car and then they used a small wool pad for the smaller areas!

4 backing plates/pads are available (CMA) they are great for ‘spot’ repair or hard to reach areas.
