2004 Civic EX magnesium
Well, I did my winterizing for my Honda Civic today and yesterday....cold.....maybe 50 degrees tops in the Sun and in the shade or late afternoon, alot colder (30's ?).
Anyway, got a nice wash...clayed the SOB.....AIO....2 coats of UPP. EX-P on the wheels/rims.
The UPP in cold weather really gets slick. It's a nice feeling -- don't know if it's the added moisture or what. I let it adhere alot longer before wiping it off (overnight last night; 2 hours today).
Car should be OK now through March. Last year I got to give it a booster LSP in January when we warmed to the mid-50's but who knows if I'll get that chance again.
Anybody else in the Northeast still doing their detailing outside this time of year ?
