I can't really comment on KNOWING if they keep everything in stock, I do know I ordered some APC+ and waited like 4 business days and finally called them and they told me it was backordered.. versus actually telling me at the time of my order or shortly there after.

Different situation:



I've had great luck up to 2-weeks ago and I have told every car enthusiast I know to buy, buy, buy from CMA.



I "pestered" a salesperson to double-check that an item I needed was in stock and would ship within a set time frame. Not only didn't they ship the item I told them I needed ASAP, they sent the items I didn't need ASAP and charged me for everything. The "lets fix it phase" will need a "time cures all" solution -- OK?



I will spare the rest of the details...



I would just advise people who NEED or WANT an item ASAP, to have a few friends call to see what's up.



The rest of the story is too long, and I'm hoping that my experience is like a bad storm that blew in...

Hrmm someone must be slipping over there.



I ordered a few things on Monday I think. Some APC+ (since they had it in stock) and some other stuff.





Well I get the package today, and now I know why the UPS tracking said it was 2LBS.



I got Meguiars All puropose cleaner WIPES and my other stuff, no gallon of APC+



After calling them and getting the answering machine, I felt pretty mad but then some lady picked up and I told her what the problem was and they said to keep the wipes and they'd send the APC+ out Monday.



I guess that's good customer service, but that just means the detailing I planned to do this weekend and try out my APC+ has to wait until next weekend.
