Thanks a lot guys! Sorry for the delay in my response: my old cpu broke about a month ago. Just got a new fancy little netbook... and it broke the day after I posted this. When it rains - it pours!

Aaron - We did notice a little of that same problem, but major exterior work won't be done until the Spring. For now - it was all about interior turn-arounds
