I'm a bit surprised at the vapor steamer, my approach would be cold water. I know I've read somewhere that hot water (steam) would serve only to "set" the stain.I used Folex and my vapor steamer on a recent job, with the exception of the seatbelt it ALL came out. The job was a blood and bits of liver bath from a gentleman who was hemoraging on the way to get a liver transplant.
And as already mentioned that was a heck of a job to take on.
Damn, there went lunch for me.That sounded like a job. Tell me you charged extra for "bio-hazard". When I get some nice chunky vomit or blood jobs, I tend to charge a lot more, since you have to take extra precaution and then disinfect your equipment when finished.
I can happily say that I've never been called on to clean up a customer's body fluids. I do have experience (too much) cleaning up vomit from my dog. I would charge her extra, but...
