Blood on carpet / Advice?

Thanks for the responses guys. I ended up only finding 3% HPO.



The process was as follows:



Vacuum

Presoak - HPO 3% straight, extract x3

Folex, Oxy clean cold water x 3



It worked like a charm.



I hope the pics don't gross anyone out. The blood is not human FYI.

I spent 6 hours on the interior of this thing.... Dog hair galore! Full writeup tomorrow.

In the future, and for those also reading this who may need to clean up some blood, your local Petsmart, vet clinic or feed and tackle store should have a variety of cleaners suited for the clean up of blood, urine, fecal latter and vomit....and skunk.



This is also a bio-hazard clean up and if you're being paid for this service you may want to check and see what laws you may need to follow for the disposal of what you're cleaning up. Better safe than sorry.

Yes indeed. I had to really saturate the seats and then really do a lot of pressing on the seats to soak up all of the moisture.

VERY good advice, Anthony. I did wear surgical gloves for this one, and luckily, our house has woods in the back so I tossed the extracted waste back there. I would never do this one at someone's house. In the future, I will check out the laws regarding this.
