Blackfire Wet Ice over Fire Picture Thread

First application

First I want to say thank you for all of the help. You guys are knowledgeable and I appreciate your help and insight.

I've waxed my car using Mothers Carnuba wax. My next wax will be using Blackfire. Can I just begin waxing or do I need to strip or take off the old wax first? If I need or should take off the old wax what is best to use...clay bar?

Thx...

When Terry developed Blackfire Midnight Sun it was designed to be a world class wax, better then his previous award winning wax, while being fully able to be layered on top of previous waxes and sealants. This is because the wax had to adhere fully to the Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant, in order to create the signature 'Wet Ice over Fire' look. So not only is the wax an amazing formula by itself, but it should bond well over any previous waxes or sealants. In fact Jack informed me in testing, they had not found one wax or sealant that Midnight Sun Carnauba did not adhere to and improve. Think of it as an extra benefit of an extra ordinary wax.

So it should work fine over your existing Mother's coating. You can always remove the previous wax by claying or washing the car with a high alkaline soap. For the absolute best results possible from the wax, I would first apply the Wet Diamond Sealant first, as it is part of the synergistic combination of products that will produce amazing results. The results Terry was aiming for when he set out to fully improve upon previous award winning wax.

Red Vette, Cragar SS mags..........for a moment I thought about those carefree days back in the day, before wives, kids, house payment, dead end job!

I've got the Blackfire range on it's way through Australian customs as we speak. I'll be applying the Wet Ice over Fire to my black mica Mazda 3 MPS (Mazspeed I think you call it) and my wifes new moondust silver Ford Fiesta Zetec.

The black and silver Vette's are a hard act to follow :o

I'll post pics in the near future.
