Blackfire applied in the sun

Washed wife's truck yesterday too big to detail in garaged threw quick layer of blackfire on moderate sunlight. Seems all good. Anyone had any experiences one way or the other applying blackfire in the sun? Truck is sandstone pearl light color.
 
Ya know, my feeling is BF is so oily to begin with, you probably wouldnt have a big problem with it. But if applied to a hot surface, then theres a chance of running into difficulties....I actually recommend using the sun after your initial wipedown of sealant, it helps bring the oils back to the surface providing a more even finish.
 
does the paint feel hot or warm to the touch? The sun can still heat stuff up pretty well even when it's cold out. But if it isn't warm feeling, it ought to be fine. It might help with the curing/drying also.
 
Paint felt cool. But sunny dry day. Everything came out fine. Actually your right it may have actually required less buffing to remove.:nixweiss
