Black Label Synergy reviewed - Shine on a whole new level!!!!

So, I'm looking at polish, coating, synergy wax.

Is my car going to look $300 better from doing that? I've been happy with the P21s but always looking for something better.

Well honestly, if you wanted the most increase in the gloss/shine/appearance of your paint, then you should machine polish it or hire a professional to do it. The Audi paint used by Lamborghini is very hard, so polishing it would either be very time consuming or expensive (30 hours or up to 2000 dollars). That will make the biggest increase in shine.

P21s is a great product, and many moons ago was the staple of the high end wax market. The coating and wax will increase the gloss, radiaance and shine of the paint, but I wouldn't know how to qualify that difference in terms of dollar signs. Its almost like asking if a pair of Diesel Jeans is $350 dollars better than a pair of Levi's. Are they better cut? yes. Better denim? Absolutely? Better design? Of course. But 350 dollars better? To some.

Just place my order for the coating kit plus the synergy wax plus a bunch of other stuff. I'll do my girlfriend's Boxster right away too.

I assume it's safe to use up my P21S wash soap with the Synergy wax? When that's gone what should I use, the pinnacle soap you'd use with the souverign carnauba wax?

P21S should be fine. There are so many good soaps you can use with Souveran. Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo is nice and smells great.

Nobody can answer that for you. A wise man once said, "Find something you like and use it often." If you've never used an ironx product, claybar, and polish you'll never know the shine your car can produce. It will also enhance how long your paint will last. As much as you wash and wax your car you may only need the ironx and claybar once. If you're careful with your wash technique you may only need to polish it every 5 years. It's all about knowledge and technique. If you lived near me I'd help you through the process. Don't tell your GF that you're using her Boxter as a warm up for your car. She'll think you're great for taking care of it for her.:love: I'd save it for her birthday...ha!

Todd,

If you are looking for extra shine [without the coating] ; will you recommend to apply Pinnacle Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish, Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Paint Sealant wait few hrs and top with Pinnacle Black Label Synergy? or skip the sealant just Pinnacle Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish and apply Pinnacle Black Label Synergy?

Thanks in advance

Yes, I would go with Black Label Diamond Sealant and top it off with Synergy.

looks interesting but that price is way too high for 6 months minimum protection. Being a paste wax Im sorry its not going to give you any type of scratch protection like a quality coating. This does remind me of the NanoSkin Hydrophobic Wax but for $160 more. Why would someone pick this wax over say like Gtechniq EXO V2 which is about $50? I have EXO V2 on my ride and it still kcking butt after 10 months. Ill stick to what has been proven to work and what I use day in and day out. Nice review though.

Just my opinion, but you may want to read the description before you trash something.

Just my .02

Black Label Synergy combines Pinnacle's 20 years of premium-carnauba experience with Black Label's amazing, self-crystallizing, nano-glass ceramic coating technology to create a wax that that offers ALL of the aesthetic benefits of premium carnauba wax PLUS ALL of the protection, gloss and performance of a GLASS COATING..

Im not trashing anything...Don't say it offers what a Glass Coating can offer if its just a WAX. Just saying.
