Missed a few spots. :o

Great turnaround - I hope you told the owner that wherever he's getting his car washed is not a good place to continue going :)

Also, I've never gone rotary, PC, then rotary again; just curious...what's your reasoning for this process?

Also, I don't know if you'd tried this before, but I compared PG/RMG via white Lake Country variable contact pad versus IP/RMG via yellow LC VC pad (similar cut to yellow propel) and I actually got more cut with the PG combo, and yet it finished down noticably better on black as long as I worked the polish thoroughly to break the the abrasives down. Don't know if you have any of the LC VC pads, but they are a must for IP and PG because they work great for compounding and yet they have the ability to finish down amazing well. Try and let me know what you think - you obviously know your buffing.

Ryan, Thanks! We talked about washing and I sent him some links for Excel sheepskin mits and some nice WW MFs. I also explained the 2 bucket method to him.

As we all know rotary to PC to get rid of any buffer trails, hazing, ect. But I have used excel green pad and rotary w/ 106ff before and due to the softness of the pad I knew that everything would be ok after. I still need more time with the rotary, so this safe method gives me time with the rotary. I am not sure what I needed to go to next w/ rotary to get it clean after rotary, yellow and IP/RMG.

Looks like I need to pickup a few LC VC whites.

Thanks for your thoughts. :2thumbs:

Outstanding detail/paint work! :bigups :bigups

The owner should be ecstatic considering what he gave you to start with.
