**Black Infiniti G35 Polished to Perfection by RickRack & Rydawg!!**

Jokeman- Bryan, the body shop sending me the work is Redi-Rite Customs

Rydawg- Your just saying it isn't that bad because you didn't have to work on it! You made me work on it all by myself... I thought we were friends?? :grinno:

Ha, ha... We definitely have our work cut out for us on the current job though! Maybe some day we'll get to detail our own cars, but probably not any time soon. We need to invent a cloning machine and have them do all of the work!

The paint on the 5-series was definitely awesome when it was all finished. Hard to believe from the before pics...

Eisenhulk- The paint looks dull because when you wetsand, millions of very fine scratches in the paint are left from the sandpaper when you are removing orange peel. It is similar to a compounding haze you get when a heavy compound is used on paint.

VroomVroom- Thanks for the compliments!

Good thing you're not a rock star!! :scared: I really don't need to see your panties :grinno::D

bwalker25- Thanks a lot! I should have it up the beginning of this week, so stay tuned...

I'm used to watching my jaw drop when I read your posts, but this time I can't pick it up off the floor. "Amazing" doesn't begin to do justice.

I don't know what to say. If you were a rock star I'd throw my panties on the stage. :D

:help::har:

But just think, you did one heck of an amazing job by yourself:woot2: I was just having way to much fun putting 40 plus hours into the Ford GT.

hey rick, could you pm me the name of the shop that repaired the 2 g35? i got rear-ended and im looking for a good bodyshop. and could you also include the exact street address of your detailing shop. im looking to swing by tomorrow around noon to get an estimate of how much it would cost me to have you detail it. (a COMPLETE detail - inside and out). ps we've exchanged email once on bimmerforum. -patrick

True, but this past wetsand job was almost more of a challenge than both cars combined! :chuckle:

And I got stuck working on that one by myself forever while you played with the ZR1.....Well it felt like forever anyway...

By the way, I seen the ZR1 all done in the shop tonight and it looks amazing...Great job buddy!!!!

I would love to have the setup you guys do. A shop with tons of room to move around.

Oh, and it goes without saying, great job on the G35. :bigups

It's definitely nice having a roomy shop to work in. I don't think I could ever do mobile detailing, because 95% of my details are full corrections and take several days to complete. It's nice to be able to keep the car in the shop and pick up where you left off the day before. We still need to organize the shop better and set-up some better lighting, but it is the perfect size for us.

Maybe someday Ryan and I will get to clean our own cars.... :)

Thanks for the kind words!
