Black GMC Yukon

Here is a black GMC yukon I did on Tuesday, as you can see it was in pretty nasty shape.

I washed this baby down with Hyper Wash

Put a coat of VM with PC followed by Worfgang Sealant w/PC.

Tires were cleaned with Wheel Brightener and dressed with Hyper.

Rims waxed w/ PB wheel sealant.

Nice work! Hard to believe those wheels were chrome!



One observation, the door handles need something, be it some dressing or some kind of cleaning I don't know, but they look faded to me.
 
Yeah they are faded, hard call on what to use on these? All season worries me in high areas b/c I don't want it to smudge when wiping.
 
Something like Poorboys Trim Restorer would probably work best. When I do a car that has faded trim like that I tape off around it, then work in the trim restorer, then remove the tape and clean off any residue with QD.
 
I cant believe y6ou bought that thing back from the depths of despair with simply VM!!

Thanks for all the compliments, it was swirled pretty bad and I was really suprised ow much healtier the paint looked after using VM.

VM an Wolfgang turned out to be a nice combo.
