Just type in the price match discount info in the comments box of your order. Easy-peasy. You will be refunded the difference usually the same day or the next day. NEVER a problem. Don`t pay more if you don`t have to that`s just stupid

All things considered, that is the bottom line for the most part. Generally it`s on the smaller $50-$75 orders that don`t meet free shipping thresholds that PBMG faces the most competition from other sites. The $15.95 shipping on an order of that size negates any discount. Also, if I decide on a Tuesday that I wanna try something the upcoming weekend, PBMG won`t get it here in time. Amazon Prime excels in this case.

Like I mentioned, PBMG is my primary source at this point but certain situations means there are more suitable options.

And yes, I realize that many situations can be equaled out by contacting the via order msg, phone, private msg, etc. Homey ain`t got time for that if I can merely click the `Submit` order button on another site with no further bother.

Convenience + cost + when I want it = final decision. Usually PBMG wins...but not always. Choice is a good thing.

Now that`s a problem I rarely run into with PBMG unless it`s some out of the ordinary coating or product outside the `mainstream` of distribution channels (i.e. Kamikaze). Generally gotta give the thumbs up to PBMG in that regard. I wish PBMG carried stuff like that `cuz limited distribution rights issues really boost the prices of those items...

All excellent points.

I`ve purchased exclusively through Autopia for the past year due to my connect membership. Connect is up for me in December so I will have one Black Friday hurrah before it`s all over and will have to take shipping costs into my purchase decision making.
 
Would loved getting in on Connect. Probably be broke too but it woulda been a fun ride.

For Scangrip items you can sign up for DIs pro detailer account and get a discount on Scangrip (and Rupes). You will have to pay for shipping. Hope I`m not breaking any rules since PBMG doesn`t sell Scangrip.

If you buy just the scangrip light at DI during the current sale, it DOES receive the 25% discount. You have to buy the stand (if desired) separately. The stand is discounted also, but you pay a shipping cost for the stand.

If you try to buy the light & stand together, no discount. Don`t know why this is but that is what I was told when I inquired...
